1. Spray Supreme Surface® RESET™ directly onto the target surface or contaminated area.
2. Allow the solution to dwell for 1 to 2 minutes to let the malic acid and surfactants unbind the mineral deposits and trapped traffic oils.
3. Scrub gently using a non-scratching pad or a soft-bristled grout brush if treating porous joints.
4. Rinse & Wipe Bare: Flush the surface completely with clean water and wipe dry to leave the substrate completely bare, residue-free, and prepared for molecular sealing.

A: No. RESET™ is our heavy-duty, corrective prep system used to strip away severe contaminants and mineral scaling down to a bare substrate. For routine daily maintenance wipe-downs that won’t strip your protective coatings, use BARE CLEAN™.

Q: Will this remove etch marks on marble?
A: RESET™ breaks down surface crusting like calcium, soap scum, and hard-water deposits without harming delicate natural stone. However, if a surface has been physically etched or chemically burned past the surface level by harsh grocery-aisle acids, it will require physical structural reconditioning (texture conditioning) followed by HEAL™ to restore the color depth.

Q: Why is distilled water used as the base?
A: Standard tap water is pre-loaded with chlorine, minerals, and calcium. By using 100% pure distilled water, our formula has maximum space to hold and lift heavy surface contamination, pulling it away from your grout and stone far more effectively.
